ORDER PROCESSING
Standard order processing time is up to three business days.
As soon as your order has been marked for fulfillment, you will be notified as to which Yamaha Motor Canada Dealer will be shipping your order. In rare cases, Yamaha may ship your order directly. Contact information for your order fulfiller will be located on your order packing slip and in your KIBO Account.
All orders are shipped using standard ground service (3-7 business days).
In store pick up is not available.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Out-of-Stock Items – Only items listed on Yamaha Motor Canada's web site as IN-STOCK are available for purchase on line. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens you will be notified that part, or all of your order may be delayed, or cannot be fulfilled.
Split Shipments – Because we rely on our Yamaha Motor Canada dealer network for fulfillment and shipment of online orders, it is likely you order will be shipped by one of these. When product becomes sparse, it is possible your order may be fulfilled by multiple dealers.
Future Availability – If you are interested in an out of stock item you should continue checking the website for changes in this status, or feel free to contact Yamaha Customer Service to find out when the product will be made available.
SALES TAX
Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same province as your shipping address. Some provinces require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. Given the unique nature of the KIBO system we don't know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.
RETURNS
Yamaha Motor Canada stands behind its products. If you did not receive the product you ordered, if your order is not complete, if your product is not suitable, or if your order is not correct in any way, you may return it.
To initiate a return, logon to your account using the name and password you created at checkout: www.yamaha-motor.ca/en/myaccount#order
You have 30 days to return your merchandise.
- All items must be in new, unused condition.
- All original tags, instructions, and accessories that came with the original shipment need to be included in the return.
- Products must be placed back in original packaging.
Once you return the merchandise, you can track your return and refund from your account.
It is the customer's responsibility to get the item back to the fulfilling dealer. Yamaha does not prepay freight for return items.
