Summary of Responsibilities
To co-ordinate and direct the administration, policy and procedures for the warranty and YPP functions to support the company’s direction. Maintain contact with French dealers to improve our level of service from the warranty department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day warranty administration functions, primarily warranty system updates (YDA's, Shop Labor Rates, Subsequent Owner Forms, Unit Deregistration’s) and dealer communication updates (bulletin updates).
- Work with dealers to process subsequent owner requests, retail demo transfers, and provide NVIS for internal use in a timely manner. Assist dealers when there is a registration issue / cancellation request. Assist DSG on dealer’s inquiries regarding registration processes, YMPP and claims.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and distributing warranty policies and procedures, warranty technical bulletin and owner’s manual on new products.
- Compile information on competitor’s warranty terms and policies, reimbursement rates and extended warranty programs on an annual basis.
- Other duties as required.
Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements
- Degree/Diploma: High school diploma is a minimum
- Program of Study: n/a
- Years of Experience: 3+ years
- Type of Experience: Experience in motorsport or automotive warranty administration.
Skills & Abilities
- Experience in motorsport or automotive warranty administration.
- Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, SAP etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Command of English/French an asset (written and verbal).
